FACTS ABOUT REALIZ SPORT TEAM

The triathlon club REALIZ SPORT TEAM was established in 2005 in Bratislava
-
We are a well-established club in a triathlon environment
-
Our members participated in the Olympic Games in Beijing 2008, London 2012 and Rio de Janeiro 2016
-
Our Club has produced many Slovak triathlon and duathlon champions
-
In 2019, the Club placed 2nd in the Slovak team competition
-
Our solid membership base from 6 to 66 years old includes professional and amateur sportsmen, children, parents and seniors as well
-
The training venues are: Lafranconi FTVŠ Swimming Pool, Pasienky Swimming Pool, athletics track at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports, Železná studnička and many others.

We offer training camps in Slovakia & abroad

Supersprint triathlon FTVŠ – the Club’s own project, a unique triathlon event in the Slovak Republic on super-fast triathlon tracks.

In 2020, the above-mentioned event with the status of the Slovak Championships

The club strives to offer systematic professional training in a pleasant family atmosphere under supervision of qualified coaches

The Club management pays great attention to the reliability and safety of the team’s processes
BASIC TRAINING GROUPS
-
Children 6 – 9 years: basic physical training with great emphasis on movement technique, in short “triathlon through games”.

Children 10 – 15 years: movement technique is still alpha and omega with gradual and synchronized sports training.

Youth and adults 16-55 years: triathletes’ preparation for the Olympic (1.5-40-10) and sprint triathlon (750-20-5)

Ironman – Iron Men group: preparation for Ironman (3.8-180-42) and Half-Ironman (1.9-90-21)

Men and women: systematic swimming training for beginners and advanced (in different performance groups)


SUCCESSES OF SPORT TEAM
The basic philosophy of our Club is lifelong sports activity. Our goal is not to turn the amateur athletes into iron men within one year, but our main goal is to make sport a lifestyle for our members. We do our best to approach each member of our club individually. We consider the strengths and weaknesses of our athletes and prepare the adequate training procedures accordingly.
